There are a lot of press recently about the use of mobile phones when driving, and the risk associated with them are clear. But many people still do not hear warnings from police, politicians and security groups about the seriousness of the offense caused and possible outcomes that may occur. Fair to say that media attention to the issue of telephone line has highlighted and raised awareness of the general public. But is it enough? What else can you doto prevent road deaths over the telephone operators?
The obvious answer is to not use the phone while driving, seems easy when presented on paper, but several campaigns for the government and local authorities seem to fail. The message was probably heard loud and clear at the moment, but when deciding whether to continue the conversation, seems very quickly forgotten. It shows awareness campaign should be, or is there a deeper problem rooted in society?
